The Motorola RAZR i was first released in the UK back
in early-October, and well, it looks like there will soon be a second
model available. This latest is white and it will be available sooner
rather than later. The one catch, at the moment it looks like it will
only be available with one retailer.
That retailer is Phones 4u and the handset will be available beginning
on December 22. According to what we have seen in the press release
announcement, Phones 4u will be the “first” to offer the handset in the
UK. We only mention first, because as opposed to exclusive, it appears
as if the handset will eventually make its way to other retailers.
As far as Phones 4u goes, they will have the handset available for free
on pay monthly plans from £20.50 and up. Otherwise, the “i” in the RAZR i
name gives the clue to towards the processor — an Intel processor. More
specifically, the RAZR i is sporting a single-core 2.0GHz Intel
processor.
Aside from the Intel inside, the RAZR i has a 4.3-inch (960 x 540)
edge-to-edge display with Gorilla Glass, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal
storage, microSD card slot, 2,000 mAh battery, VGA quality front-facing
camera, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera and a Kevlar fiber coating on
the backside.
