South Korea's Samsung Electronics released a new generation 64 GB memory modules eMMCkart made on 10-nm process technology. The production of new NAND memory has already begun at the end of last month.
New
64 GB modules eMMC Pro Class 2000 have random write performance at 2000
IOPS (input / output per second) and 5,000 IOPS for reading a random
sample. In addition, the
sequential read and write is 260 MB / s and 50 MB / s, respectively,
which is 10 times more than today's high-speed external memory card,
which meet Class 10 speed for which these parameters are 24 MB / s and
12 MB / with.
In addition to this, the size of the memory chips represented 20 percent less than conventional plug-in modules.
