Norwegian company Opera Software ASA today announced a new version of Opera Mini 7.1 for J2ME and BlackBerry devices, which, in her words, has a new, redesigned download manager, opening new opportunities to work with uploaded files to the phone, whether it be documents, music, videos, and any other data.
