The operator "Rostelecom" and VTB 24 Bank launched a joint project to
produce plastic cards with a function to access a single portal of
public services (www.gosuslugi.ru). Map "VTB 24 - e-government" is a
classic credit card Visa, equipped with a digital signature for
authentication and authorization of state services on the portal. The
digital signature can register for www.gosuslugi.ru and use government
services without the need to enter a username / password and receive an
activation code personal area. Using the map, users can pay for site
traffic police fines and utility bills, and receive electronically
state, municipal and regional services. Total site is available around
6500 e-government services. Included with the card is issued free of
charge to the user to connect the card reader to the computer and enter
the private office at www.gosuslugi.ru. The Commission for the card "VTB
24 - e-government" is 1200 rubles a year, the interest rate will be 19%
per annum.
