solutions provider, today announced Algerian mobile operator, ATM
Mobilis has selected Huawei network antennas to deploy its 3G Network in
the cities of Oran, Skikda and Ouargla, providing its users with the
optimum MBB experience.
ATM Mobilis was the first mobile operator to be issued with a mobile spectrum license in Algeria and its GSM network provides services to more than 10 million users throughout the country. ATM Mobilis is focused on building a high-quality network to meet the growing demands for mobile services in Algeria, and maintain its current leading position. ATM Mobilis has recognized a significant improvement in network performance that has been boosted by the implementation of the Huawei network antennas. Huawei is now set to provide multi-band network antennas for the deployment of ATM Mobilis’ UMTS network.
The technology behind the high performance of Huawei’s network antennas is a synergistic design that maximizes resources between the network antenna and the radio access network (RAN). This advanced design allows Huawei network antennas to be extremely compact in both size and weight, making them incredibly easy to install on tower sites.
Huawei network antennas also benefit from industry-leading PIM (Passive Inter-Modulation) technology, reducing network interference and improving the overall user experience. They also benefit from a high-reliability design, an advanced and automated production line process and strict quality control testing system to ensure their high-quality and high-durability for an expected ten-year lifecycle.
