‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ collects Rs. 44.75 Crs at worldwide Box office in 2 Days

Jab Tak Hai Jaan is doing excellent business on Indian box office. There’s 50% leap at those locations where it started nicely on day first and showed progress at other location where it’s low on day 1st. The movie is doing superb business on Wednesday and earned around 22.50 crores.
Jab Tak Hai Jaan will launch on most of the international center tomorrow and wherever it’s launched on Wednesday took a fantastic opening. The movie showed good progress at some centers like Bihiar, UP, CI, CP Berar and East Punjab but it’s receiving competition with Son of Sardaar which is quite strong in North India. Both movies were launched on Very same days and both are doing fantastic business after the contest. The fact is that both movies have their personal viewers group.
As the trend develops; 1st weekend (6 days) collection looks around 60-70 crores. It’ll be exciting to see whether it cross the mark of 100 crores in 7 days.

‘Son of Sardaar’ earns Rs. 27.70 Crs at worldwide Box office in 2 Days

After taking decent opening on day 1 Son of Sardaar is doing great business. The movie showed a good leap around 50% on Second day and earned about 16 Crs  nett. It’s doing fantastic business in north India. The movie is receiving hard competition with Jab Tak Hai Jaan and at a few places, it’s business is horribly affected.
Son of Sardaar has to boost on other center on coming days to recover even making amount. The budget of the movie is 80 Crs and cost on massive promotion is a serious amount. So it should’ve to receive lifetime around 140-145 Crs to make it a successful project. The movie is launched on some international centers on limited screens so collection is coming in that percentage, so far whatever collection has been done in abroad center is okay but not significant.

‘Student of the Year’ earns Rs. 77 crores worldwide Box office in 17 days

According to early reports Student Of The Year made about 2.5 Crs at the local box office. The film now stands at a massive box office total of 64 Crs which is a really big success for a film with all newbies. The film has also made about 13 Crs at the worldwide box office which is also very impressive.
Student Of The Year is holding the Tenth position in Bollywood Box Office – Top Ten Indian Films 2012 quite strongly. However, since the 2 extremely awaited movies this Diwali, i.e. Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Son Of Sardaar are sure to enter the top ten charts of 2012, Student Of The Year will have another week and half to make as much collections as it can at the box office.
If Student Of The Year has to maintain the 10th place even after Diwali it’ll have to defeat not just Raaz 3 at 70 Crs but also Cocktail with 76 Crs.
