Ukrainian fixed-line operator Ukrtelecom announced that from May 1,
2014, residents and visitors will be able to Ukraine to make free calls
to local fixed numbers with nearly 8,000 universal payphones company.

accessible to customers, creating unique opportunities for subscribers

use a payphone cards for these calls.
Today, the network consists of almost 8000 Ukrtelecom universal
payphones that provide services and as a source, and incoming calls.
This means that a call from a payphone at the payphone in the city and
even district (town, village, settlement and other settlements within
the same district) also will not be charged. The company is sure that
consumers fixed telephony will actively use this opportunity throughout
the country.
This market research calls payphones will operate from May 1 to November
