PocketBook is preparing the world's first reader with color E Ink-backlit screen

PocketBook company officially confirmed to work on the world's first reader with color 8-inch E Ink Triton second generation with backlight function (frontlight). According to her, the previous devices such screens have been deprived of the backlight function, so a less bright and contrasting colors compared to the new reader from PocketBook. Recall that a prototype of the device has already been presented at the international exhibition IFA 2012

New reader from PocketBook, according to the company, especially the need to appeal to those who like to read magazines in PDF, as well as those who often work with tables and graphs. Separately, the company said innovation, which will be implemented for the first time of such devices - special sensory area of ​​the display. It responds to the touch, allowing for maximum control backlight simply no need to wander through the menus. Thus, all night reading fans will now be able to control the intensity of light, brushing the product. According to the forecasts of PocketBook, goes on sale in the CIS new reader with color E-Ink-backlit screen is expected in June 2013.
