The National Telecommunications Company OJSC "Rostelecom" has announced
results for its fourth quarter and 2012 consolidated financial
statements according to IFRS.
According to the report, the Group's revenue for the year 2012 amounted to 321.3 billion rubles, up 7% compared with 2011. Revenue structure has changed in favor of the growth segments, including, in particular, mobile, broadband, pay TV. OIBDA margin of 36.9%, reflecting the effects of the active development of Mobile, in the regions of building 3G + networks in the 4th quarter of 2012, increasing the share of fast-growing, but less cost-effective than traditional segment revenues, the establishment of reserves for compensation to employees in the 20% -tion optimization of administrative staff, scheduled for 2013.
