HSPA +, allowing to achieve data rates of up to 21.6 Mbit / c. At
present, the work mode HSPA + base stations in St. Petersburg,
Arkhangelsk, Severodvinsk, Vologda, Cherepovets, Kaliningrad, Murmansk,
Novgorod, Petrozavodsk, Pskov, and even in some 100 communities of the
Northwest. To ensure the necessary capacity of communication channels in

transport network.
